FORMEDIC was founded in 1993 in the A.DE MORI group with a prime aim: the Transfusion Centre.

Over the years, the Company has become ever more consolidated as a partner of the Blood Banks with a complete programme of diagnostics, medical devices and the most modern instrumentation in the international ambit. The operational structure is made up of agents, subdistributors, product specialists and service engineers for a detailed coverage all over Italy. Today Formedic is a Division of A.De Mori S.p.A. The group A.De Mori includes:

that distributes the trademarks Radiometer Copenhagen (bloodgas systems, transcutaneous monitoring systems), Advanced Instruments (osmometers), Innotrac (cardiac markers systems) and Diatron (blood cell counters).

that distributes instrumentation for the industry, research and for the hospital market (pHmeters, titrators, conductivity meters, thermostats, incubators, freezers, climatic chambers, freeze driers, etc.). The newly established Bioscience Division distributes instruments and products addressing cellular and molecular biology laboratories.

  that supplies a wide range of pumps and fluid handling equipments to the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry.
